Pair of framed infant portrait illustrations (2) published in 1939 for E.R. Squibb & Sons, rendered in pastel or colored chalk on paper and mounted under glass within thin gold-tone frames with oval inner borders. The compositions depict two distinct subjects: one baby portrayed with brown hair, wide eyes, and rosy cheeks, and a second child depicted with curly hair, blue eyes, and red lips. The reverse of the frame retains a brown paperboard backing bearing a handwritten ink inscription noting "Published in 1939 for E.R. SQUIBB & SONS - / Dated under mat in (R) Lower corner" as well as a label reading "Original 1939 Squibb Prints."
