Antique decorative tray or wall plaque (1) structured with a shaped, scalloped molded border in a dark green and gilt finish, framing a central pictorial panel depicting an agrarian farmyard scene. The figurative composition renders a pastoral tableau centered on domestic rural labor and family life, depicting a mother operating an upright butter churn beside three young children, accompanied by a hen and chicks near a wooden fence set against an open landscape background.
